🌻Things to do in Jersey 4/18-4/20

Good morning friends! 🌅

I am really struggling with the fact that we are halfway through April already! But I am sure we can all agree - we are ready to put winter behind us and start getting outdoors.

With the holiday this weekend - most of the events below are Easter inspired. From egg hunts to train rides with the Easter bunny, there is no shortage of options for the whole family to enjoy.

Friday - April 18, 2025

🎵 Millville - The Breakers: A Tribute to Tom Petty at the Levoy Theater at 8pm. (Tickets $34-$39)

🐰 Vernon - Eggstravaganza at Heaven Hill Farm (tickets $19 children under 2 free, event is 4/18 and 4/19)
Egg scavenger hunt, ester bonnet contest, hayrides and so much more.

🐰 Woodstown - Easter Bunny Express at Woodstown Central Rail (tickets $5, $28 and $38, event runs 4/18 and 4/19)
Take a journey with the Easter Bunny through the farmland and forests of Salem County. Arrive at Fenwick Grove where kids will have 30 minutes to look for eggs and enjoy the views.

Saturday - April 19, 2025

🏍️ East Rutherford - Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship starts at 2:30pm (tickets from $22.00)
See the world's elite off-road motorcycle riders as they compete head-to-head for the 2025 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship

🐶 Columbus - 3rd Annual Fur Baby Food & Music Fest from 12pm-5:30pm (tickets $7)
Portions of proceeds and alcohol sales will support Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter—helping find homes for amazing dogs, cats, and other small animals forever. Enjoy food, vendors, pets for adoption and so much more.

🥟 Garfield - Whole Lotta Empanada Festival from 11am-7pm (tickets $5, under 5 free)
15 empanada trucks, Latin music, empanada eating contest and more Latin inspired family fun.

🦖 Manalapan - Dinosaur and Tulip Fest at Arrowhead Farmstead from 9am-5pm. (tickets are $27.50, under 2 free)
Take a tour of the Tulip Field and meet over 30 life sized dinosaurs along the way. Entertainment, interactive exhibits, photo ops and more.

🐰 Milford - Adult Easter Egg Hunt at Alba Vineyard (wine flight purchase required)
Walk through the vineyard filled with 500 eggs and see what prize is waiting for you!

🛍️ Mount Laurel - Craft Show and Plant Swap at Rancocas Woods from 10am-3pm
Market featuring a mix of local handmade, vintage & antique goods as well as food trucks, a pop-up beer garden and some fun contests and activities for everyone to enjoy. This event also includes a plant swap. Bring cuttings, seeds, planters, and anything else you wish to exchange.

🎵 Newark - The Temptations and the Four Tops starts at 8pm (tickets start at $39.50)

🐰 Ocean City - The Great Egg Hunt from 1pm-3pm
Walk along the boardwalk from 6th to 14th street and stop by participating stores to hunt for eggs.

🐰 Phillipsburg - Easter Bunny Train Ride (tickets $14 and up, event is 4/19 and 4/20)
Your ride will wind along the scenic Delaware River leaving from the Historic District of Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The train will travel along the river to Carpentersville and our destination will be the site of the historic Lime Kilns where an Easter Egg hunt will take place.

🐰Princeton - Bunny Trail Spring Festival at Terhune Farms from 10am-4pm (ticket prices vary, event is 4/19 and 4/20)
The Bunny Trail is a non-competitive event perfect for families. Follow hand-drawn clues around the farm in a self-guided treasure hunt. At the end of the hunt, children can choose to do bunny themed craft activities. Everyone gets a prize at the end of the trail!

🐰 Wall Township - Easter at the Historic Village at Allaire from 11am-4pm (tickets $10)
Enjoy the day in the park while you visit with live chicks, bunnies, and animals, a Bubble Magician, bonnet decorating, collect eggs, glitter tattoos, crafts, egg games on the green, storytelling, a village scavenger hunt, historical Easter egg dying demos, and more!

🐰 West Berlin - Easter Egg Hunt at Diggerland (tickets start at $45.99, event is 4/19 and 4/20)
Don’t miss this huge Easter Egg Hunt at the ROXOR course starting at 1 PM. Two egg-citing age groups, one unforgettable adventure.

🐰 Whippany - Easter Bunny EGGspress & Egg Hunt (tickets $14 and up)
The Easter Bunny EGGspress is a fundraising effort to benefit the Whippany Railway Museum, a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit organization. This ride features the Easter Bunny in a vintage rail car and an egg hunt.

Sunday - April 20, 2025

🐰 Cape May - Easter Egg Hunt and Rail Bike Ride (tickets start at $110 for double rail bike)
Take a 4-mile out-and-back journey alongside The Nature Conservancy’s Garrett Family Preserve. View wildlife while enjoying an Easter Egg Hunt.

🐰 Cape May - Easter Fashion Stroll starts at 1pm
Take a stroll through Rotary Park in your Easter best! Registration starts at noon and there are several categories to participate in.  

🐰 Point Pleasant - Annual Easter Parade starts at 1pm
Enjoy a Jersey shore tradition. Register to walk in the parade in a variety of categories and win prizes from local businesses.

Enjoy all of the biggest Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks hits. Tickets are $29-$79.

🎵 5/3/25 and 5/4/25 in Englewood or New Brunswick - The Music of Led Zeppelin at BergenPAC or the State Theatre NJ.
Enjoy all the classics as performed by the NJ Symphony and Windborne Music Group. Tickets start at $25.

🎭 5/12/25 in Carteret - Midnight at the Masquerade, A Murder Mystery Dinner at the Underground at Carteret Pac at 7pm.
Get ready for a glamorous evening of mystery, intrigue, and murder at this masquerade ball murder mystery party! Tickets start at $15.
