I'm sorry for the radio silence. When I started Wander Jersey, I wanted to create something useful for people overwhelmed by trying to find things to do. But after diving in, I saw how many NJ influencers were out there and honestly felt like I couldn't compete.

Then a few of you reached out asking what happened to the newsletter. Those conversations (thank you!) made me realize something: a lot of people are tired of social media and still have to dig through dozens of resources to find one thing to do. Turns out, this newsletter is more needed than I thought.

So I'm back and more motivated than ever. While I'll post to social at @wanderjersey, my focus is this newsletter and website. I want both to be THE go-to resource for finding cool, hidden treasures across our amazing state—all in one place.

Demarest Farms in Hillsdale, NJ is running their Orchard of Lights event now through October 31, 2025! This drive through Halloween light experience spans 32 acres. Finish up your tour with some farm fresh goodies and family fun at the farm market. Cost is $35 per car.
