This weeks newsletter is going to look a bit different - because well, Easter. There is not a lot of events happening this week that are not Easter related (or mostly kid) related. Next week we will get back to the usual look and feel.
In safety news - the bears are waking up! As spring arrives, black bears in New Jersey are emerging from their winter siesta and ready to eat! Home of the Week
The Oldest Home on the Block
While your neighbors are arguing over Trex decking vs. composite, the Hall House in Harmony Township has been quietly standing since 1750. Original timbers. Pine floors. Two fireplaces. Two barns. And a staircase style, the Jersey Winder, that most people don't even know exists. This is one of Warren County's oldest surviving homes, and it is on the market for just $375,000.
Home is a 2BR/1BA with one heck of a sunroom and 1.59 acres of land to enjoy.
